Ashtanga Yoga Melbourne

level 1 / 167 Flinders lane, Melbourne.

Class times:
Morning classes: Monday – Thursdays; Mysore-style, 6-9am
Fridays; Led primary series (traditional counted sanskrit class),  6.30 – 8am
Evening classes: Monday, Tuesday, Thursdays; Mysore-style, 5.30-7.30pm
*Wednesday evening classes are cancelled in July*
Weekend classes: Saturday & Sunday; Mysore-style, 8-10am.

Please note: morning Mysore classes are cancelled on full and new moon days.   Evening classes run as per timetable.

Conference Sunday 29th July ,  10-10.30am.  Everyone welcome!  This is a great opportunity to ask questions about the practice and deepen your knowledge of Ashtanga yoga.  Karyn will teach the Mysore class and take the Conference.
