Monday: 6 - 8am (Mysore)

Tuesday: 6 - 8am (Mysore)

Wednesday: no class

Thursday: 6 - 8am (Mysore)

Friday: 6.30 - 8am (Led primary series) & 9.30 - 11am (Mysore)

Saturday 13th February & Saturday 20th March: 8 - 9am (Chanting & discussion)

Karyn will be away on the following dates; 19th, 22nd & 23rd February. There will be no classes on these days.

New to Ashtanga Yoga?

The Mysore style method is very effective way for beginners to learn Ashtanga yoga. In a Mysore class the teacher works with each student individually, allowing the student to move at her own pace. Small segments of the practice are taught to aid memorisation and familiarity. Initially, beginning students can expect their practice to be 20 - 30min long, this slowly builds over time.

Consistency is important. We recommend beginners purchase either a term pass or a 12 class pass.

Please note, the led class on Fridays is not recommended for beginners.


Cost:

Term pass (total 31 classes) - $620

12 class pass (must be used withing term 1) - $276 *due to COVID restrictions 12 class pass holders need nominate the classes you will attend during term. Please email Karyn your nominated days.

Drop in - $25 (please email before attending to check availability)

All payments are to be made into the Ashtanga Yoga Melbourne bank account.

What to bring to class:

  • Your own mat (please note there is no storage at 75 Reid St.)

  • small towel

  • spray bottle (if you need for Garbha Pindasana).

  • Blanket and eye pillow for resting.
