New to Ashtanga Yoga?

Students new to Ashtanga yoga are welcome to join our Mysore style classes. In fact Mysore classes are the best place to start, that is why we offer our beginners classes within the Mysore class, so beginners can seamlessly transition into the Mysore class on completion of their course. A great way to begin in our Mysore classes is enrol in the The Intro to Mysore classes course. This course gives new students a foundation in the initial sequence (incorporating correct breathing technique and gaze points) of the practice. Students will experience the benefits of yoga and at the end of the course feel comfortable to continue their yoga journey in our Mysore classes.

This workshop will be of benefit to those who have had no yoga experience or those who have had a break from practice and wish to restart Mysore classes.

Following this workshop all participants will receive 10% discount on a 10 class pass (full price $195, valid for 3 months)

Intro to Mysore classes Course. Beginning Monday 6th October

Come to 2 classes a week for 4 weeks. Begin your Ashtanga journey in a supported environment with individualised teaching. These classes are taught within the Mysore class.
