Location: West End Hall, Castlemaine.
Each intensive will begin with a led class and an exploration into the foundations of Ashtanga yoga. The remaining classes will be Mysore - style, where Karyn will be able to give personal guidance, meeting each student where they are at. With steady practice, students will cultivate strength, resilience, and a grounded sense of wellbeing.
Cost:
$110 for 1 intensive (4 classes) or
$210 for 2 intensives (8 classes) or
$300 for 3 intensives (12 classes)
